The apartment was exactly as it looked on the website; it was near the city center, and there was a lot of space. When we had a problem we called the staff and they immediately helped us. They also let us leave our luggage in their office after leaving the apartment, since our flight was late in the afternoon.

The location was excellent. It was a lovely clean and modern apartment.
We struggled to make the keys work when we first arrived. And it took a little while to work out how the hob worked. But otherwise no complaints

Loved the location - less than 5 mins walk from Grand Place, and Bourse Metro right outside, very handy for a visit to the Atomium. It's perfect for the Xmas Markets too, with Place Sainte Catherine on the doorstep. Highly Recommended - although the 6 flights of stairs may challenge the elderly or those with small children.
