Place Sainte Catherine

Place Sainte Catherine is one of the traditional place, where are beautiful Christmas trade. The St. Catherine church dominates of this really charming place. This square is in the heart o Brussels a few steps from Grand Place. Long ago it was a place for the largest fish market in Brussels.

The street fish restaurants have opened from 10 am and you can taste delicious fish soup but not only it. The square is the best place to taste the famous "see food", but the prices of this delight are astronomical. Maybe it is because you can eat in vicinity of the famous Belgium opera La Monnaie de Munt.
